Our January detox retreat has everything to inspire a healthy, mindful year ahead. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and SSSI-designated nature reserve, the retreat home and daily coast path walks offer a truly bucket-list location. Jump in the sea, warm up in the hot tub and curl up by the log fire.

A 7 night all inclusive coastal adventure designed for walkers who want the beauty without the logistics. One week, one base, one bed, one path. Stride through one of the UK’s most breath-taking coastlines. You’ll journey along 100km of the South West Coast Path between Playmouth and Brixham. This is a week to let go of life’s noise and lose yourself in the rhythm of the sea.

Five days immersed in the South Devon coast — moving, swimming, walking and breathing it in. From our 5* retreat base in Torcross, steps from the three-mile sweep of Slapton Sands, we’ll practise yoga each day, hike spectacular stretches of the South West Coast Path, take guided swims in the sea and warm up every evening in our Finnish sauna or our Canadian hot tub. In between, there’s beautiful food, time to rest and uninterrupted views across the water. Come home feeling stronger, clearer and properly alive. Solo travellers very welcome, many of our guests come on their own.
