Welcome to South Devon

Perched between the sea and Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve — a Site of Special Scientific Interest — our retreat base is a completely unique coastal setup, a few miles along the South West Coast path from Start Point Lighthouse.

Based in the coastal village of Torcross, we comprise of a row of characterful cottages that sit right on the South West Coast Path, with the Ley on one side and the sea just seconds away on the other. Wake for sunrise over the ocean, step straight onto the coast path, and feel part of a real South Devon seaside community from the minute you arrive.
At the heart of it all is our main retreat house, The Old Bakehouse, where we gather for yoga, meals and recovery, with a Finnish sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, lounge spaces and all the little details that make the retreat feel special. Around it, guests stay in their own cosy coastal cottages next door — sharing with friends or fellow retreaters, with log burners, homely kitchens and plenty of space to properly switch off. It gives you the best of both worlds: a brilliant communal base when you want company, and your own warm, private little house to retreat to at the end of the day.
