The Hiking

Just steps from your front door, lies the world-famous South West Coast Path and Slapton Sands beach. After morning juice, yoga, and breakfast, we’ll head out for daily hikes across South Devon’s dramatic cliffs and rolling fields, complete with our swimmers and packed lunch. We keep the pace relaxed, covering up to 5 miles a day with plenty of stops for snacks, hot drinks, guided sea swims and photos in hidden coves. The terrain can be rugged, so bring sturdy shoes, a backpack, and waterproofs—just in case!

The Swimming

For the adventurous, enjoy wild swims in stunning hidden coves like Soar Mill Cove or Great Mattiscombe Sands. At Yoga Field & Sea, we embrace the benefits of cold water year-round, and during your stay, you’ll dip at some of South Devon’s most beautiful hidden beaches. All ocean sessions are led by certified life guards and always start with a safety briefing and a breathwork exercise designed to keep your nervous system in a calming mode. We’ll keep you cosy afterward with hooded towels and flasks of hot tea.
