Welcome to your ultimate hiking escape! A 7 night all inclusive coastal adventure designed for walkers who want the beauty without the logistics. One home, one bed, all week.

Stride through one of the UK’s most breath-taking coastlines. You’ll journey along 100km of the South West Coast Path, from the maritime heritage of Plymouth to the pastel charms of Brixham, your route takes in the wild beauty of Wembury, Newton Ferrers, Noss Mayo, Bigbury, Bantham, Hope Cove, Salcombe, Torcross, Dartmouth, and more.

This is a week to let go of life’s noise and lose yourself in the rhythm of the sea.

What's Included?

Spend seven nights in an idyllic coastal basecamp and take on six epic, self-guided hikes across 100 km of the South West Coast Path. All meals are sorted, daily transport is included, and you won’t need a single logistics brain cell. Just wake up, eat up, lace up, and hit the trail. After each adventure, unwind in a small group setting with a daily dose of wellness: yoga built for hikers, soothing massages, beach saunas, and hot-tub soaks. No carrying bags, no planning ferries or checking tides — we handle every detail so you can roam, recharge, and fully immerse yourself in the coast.

Torcross, South Devon – nestled between Slapton Sands beach and a freshwater nature reserve, with direct access to the coast path.

Intimate group of 10–16 guests for a warm, personal retreat experience. Solo travellers are most definitely welcome.

Strenuous – you’ll hike 100km of (guided) rugged and hilly coast path over 6 long days. Some days are up to 20km, others as much as 2600 feet of ascent and descent.

The Wellness

Walking 100km deserves more than just a high five—so we’ve included a full wellness programme to reward you every step of the way. Enjoy sauna sessions, unlimited hot tub dips, and on-site yoga classes to stretch and unwind. You’ll also receive a massage of your choice and a soothing joint balm and foot scrub. This is more than a walking holiday—it’s a restorative journey for both body and soul, designed to leave you truly refreshed.

The location
A coastal haven for outdoor lovers

Your base for the week is Torcross, a historic South Devon village nestled between sea and lake. Set at the western end of Slapton Sands, it offers direct access to the South West Coast Path. Explore this stunning stretch of coast, where walkers, swimmers, and wildlife lovers enjoy beaches, countryside, and the serene Slapton Ley Nature Reserve—home to abundant birdlife and curious seals that often pop up to say hello.

Beachside retreat living

Our retreat accommodation is spread across three beautifully styled coastal homes in Torcross, all just steps from one another. The Old Bakehouse is our main retreat home, where we share meals in the spacious dining room overlooking the lake. Two nearby beachside cottages provide additional options for guests. Each property offers peaceful, comfortable spaces with the sea on your doorstep, cosy bedrooms, shared living areas, and outdoor spots to relax. Enjoy the hot tub, yoga studio, and plenty of coastal charm throughout your stay.

King or Double ensuite

Our beautiful king and double rooms with private bathrooms,  for solo occupancy, are located across our collection of coastal accommodation, all within, or next door to, our main retreat home. Each offers a peaceful retreat either with views across the Slapton Ley Nature Reserve and freshwater lake, or immediately next to the ocean. Light-filled, comfortable and surrounded by nature, they’re the perfect place to unwind after long days on the coast path.

King or Double

With views across the Slapton Ley Nature Reserve, our king or double rooms, with shared bathrooms, provide a comfortable and peaceful base for your retreat. Each room shares a bathroom with just one other bedroom and is located within, or next door to, the main retreat house. Simple, welcoming and surrounded by nature, they’re perfect for guests who plan to spend their days hiking, swimming, practising yoga and making the most of the South Devon coast.

Twin room ensuite

Located just seconds from the seafront, The Old Bakehouse is our main retreat home and the heart of the experience — complete with a hot tub, log fire, dining space, and yoga studio. It features two large and beautifully designed Twin bedrooms that can be arranged as Super Kings or twins, each with a roll-top bath, ensuite shower room, high vaulted ceilings, and stunning views over Slapton Ley freshwater lake. Blending luxury with coastal charm, it’s the perfect place to unwind between ocean dips, delicious meals, and soulful yoga sessions.

Single

Two doors away from our main retreat home, charming three-bedroom Start Way sits directly next to the ocean — so close you can almost taste the salt in the air. The cute single room shares a bathroom with one other guest. It’s a peaceful space to rest and recharge — close enough to enjoy the yoga studio, hot tub, and everything the main retreat house has to offer. All yoga sessions and meals are hosted at the main retreat home, a 5 second walk away!

Bunk room for 2, 3 or 4

Our bunk rooms are a great option for friends travelling together or solo travellers looking for a more affordable stay. We have two bunk rooms, one sleeping 2, 3 or 4 guests and one sleeping 2 guests. 

The four-bed room can be booked by two friends who would like extra space, leaving the remaining beds empty, or by groups of three or four travelling together. Solo travellers are also welcome to book an individual bed in either room and enjoy meeting like-minded people during the retreat.

The bunk rooms both share a bathroom with one other room.

Your food
Eat well, walk far

Expect warming, satisfying meals crafted with care, designed to restore your energy after a long day on the trail. We proudly serve local, organic, and seasonal produce whenever possible, with a spotlight on fresh seafood caught just along the coast. Think Devon crab and line-caught mackerel, paired with vibrant salads and rustic sides.

Whether you’re a light grazer or a big appetite hiker, rest assured: there’s always more for hungry mouths.  Seconds are encouraged, and you’ll never go hungry.

Everything is hearty, home-cooked, and thoughtfully prepared – food that’s both comforting and deeply nourishing.

We provide: Hot, hearty breakfasts to set you up right, every day, top-quality teas and coffee for your flasks (which we provide), pack lunches, homemade snacks & trail mix galore, for every hike, well deserved delicious tea and cake after each day’s hike, evening feasts: 3-course meals with fellow guests, 6 nights. One free evening to dine out – we’ll recommend the top spots.
