Move, breathe, explore: your retreat experience
The Yoga
During your detox retreat in Torcross, Natalie, your experienced instructor, leads in-depth workshops designed to educate and move you. Held in our beachside Studio with stunning views, our small class sizes ensure personalised attention on alignment and technique. Suitable for all levels, you’ll gain valuable knowledge to take home to continue your practice throughout 2026. Before the retreat, you’ll discuss your needs with Natalie for tailored classes.
The Hiking
Our retreat is right on the world-famous South West Coast Path, with the ocean just steps away! Located in charming Torcross, opposite Slapton Ley, each day starts with a hearty breakfast before we set off on scenic hikes along stunning cliffs, rolling fields, and hidden beaches. We always carry hot drinks and snacks for the adventure. Rain or shine, we explore the beautiful South Devon coastline… so bring comfy boots, waterproofs, and a sturdy rucksack!
The Swimming
For the adventurous, we offer daily wild cold water dips in the ocean – year-round! These refreshing immersions boost your health, but in chilly winter waters (around 9°C), safety is key. Our expert water safety team will teach you how to plan safe dips, read tides and weather, and avoid getting too cold. Led by certified life guards, these sessions are both invigorating and educational, perfect for those wanting to embrace the sea safely.
